We hope you are satisfied with your Rabanne purchase; however, we offer a complimentary 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that personalized items and certain hygiene-sensitive products are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Rabanne packaging and include the completed return form to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box, ensuring previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
